Fleet street Financial Limited is an independently owned Chartered investment advisory and financial planning practice, situated in Temple, London, advising private individuals and trusts, predominantly focusing upon the Bar and solicitors.

Job purpose

Owing to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Junior Administrator to assist Administrators, Advisers and Paraplanners in the smooth running of servicing new and existing client relationships by ensuring admin functions are carried out within internally agreed service levels and following the FSF Client Journey. Ensuring that the client is always at the heart of what we do. This is a varied role with room for growth and progression.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge

  • School Leaver with a minimum A-B grade in GCSE Maths and English
  • Numerate and analytical with IT skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • An eye for detail

Key responsibilities and accountabilities (but not limited to)

  • Ensure back office systems are always up to date with client data
  • Management of workflow, ensuring tasks are updated and both the team and clients are kept up to date with progress
  • Preparing documentation in advance for client meetings (new/existing clients)
  • Submitting and tracking new business ensuring internal registers are completed
  • Assisting with fee reconciliation and chasing outstanding provider documentation
  • Collecting, opening, scanning and distribution of post
  • Chambers runs to collect/deliver documentation to clients
  • Ensuring stocks of client facing documents are up to date and printed
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained
  • Greeting visitors and preparing refreshments
  • Binding reports
  • Learning and then keeping up to date with industry knowledge by reading and attending events/seminars/webinars
  • Administrative tasks as and when they arise
