Are you an experienced SEND TA / LSA with the drive and passion to work within a Special Needs setting or mainstream school? We are looking for compassionate, empathetic SEN TA’s who can adapt to a fast-paced educational environment and are incredibly hard working and committed to their role.
You must have affinity for Special Needs and at least one years’ experience in an SEN or Mainstream School setting working with children who have various learning difficulties. These roles have an element of personal care, so you must be comfortable assisting with personal care.
Empowering Learning is currently working with an Ofsted ranked “Good School” iin Hackney that places a high level of commitment to children’s academic achievement and wellbeing. This incredulously inclusive school caters for students with varied needs-PMLD, Autism and Complex needs. They offer fantastic resources and facilities to support the students’ needs accordingly and all staff strive to play a significant role in children’s learning journey.
Having SEN experience is desirable but not essential, all we require are passionate and dedicated individuals who wants to make a difference to students with Special Educational Needs or who have worked with vulnerable adults in the past.
