Job Title: Support Worker
Job Location: London
Job Type: Full Time
Are you a warm and caring person that enjoys working with others? Do you like to have fun and to be busy? Are you motivated to see others achieve? Then come and be a Yarrow Support Worker.
Yarrow is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to grow and flourish. We support people across West London to have active and creative lives at home and in the community. We are looking for people who share our passion for supporting people to join our organisation.
As a Support Worker you will support people with all aspects of their daily life. You will work in a small team and sometimes on your own. The work can be challenging but it is very rewarding. One of our current Support Workers describes the role as follows: “I don’t think there is any other job where people wait at the door for you when you get back from annual leave – it’s so rewarding”.
You don’t need experience in health and social care, as we are looking for people who are motivated, have the right values and are open to learning. We will provide you with great training and you will definitely develop a wide range of new skills. If you want to take a step closer to joining Yarrow then book a place at one of our Recruitment Open Days by emailing us via the apply button.
On the day, you’ll need to bring proof of identity (passport or drivers licence), a copy of your CV, proof of your eligibility to work in the UK and details of your referees.
If you demonstrate that you have what it takes to be a great Support Worker, you could walk away with a job offer on the day.
