Administrative Responsibilities –

  • Organising and managing diaries, including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms
  • Creating PowerPoint Presentations for internal presentations
  • Update weekly Land, Sales & Development Reports and issue to management team
  • Collate information for Board Report for Land & Sales Team
  • Raising purchase order numbers for the Land, Development & Sales team based in Head Office
  • Arranging overseas trips for Sales Director
  • Scheduling Directors Health & Safety Visits and creating a Credit360 Report
  • Scheduling Directors Sales Centre Audits and circulating reports
  • Providing administrative support such as printing, scanning, copying
  • Organising developmental training and updating records as necessary
  • Updating the team’s holiday record and holiday calendar
  • Uploading team documents onto SharePoint
  • General office administration duties including sorting mail, answering phones, dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Drafting letters, Memo’s, Agenda’s Minutes and issuing
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Collating expenses
  • Sickness reporting

Technical Competencies:

  • Must have a good understanding of windows, excel and Microsoft office packages including Word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of SharePoint
