Administrative Responsibilities –
- Organising and managing diaries, including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms
- Creating PowerPoint Presentations for internal presentations
- Update weekly Land, Sales & Development Reports and issue to management team
- Collate information for Board Report for Land & Sales Team
- Raising purchase order numbers for the Land, Development & Sales team based in Head Office
- Arranging overseas trips for Sales Director
- Scheduling Directors Health & Safety Visits and creating a Credit360 Report
- Scheduling Directors Sales Centre Audits and circulating reports
- Providing administrative support such as printing, scanning, copying
- Organising developmental training and updating records as necessary
- Updating the team’s holiday record and holiday calendar
- Uploading team documents onto SharePoint
- General office administration duties including sorting mail, answering phones, dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Drafting letters, Memo’s, Agenda’s Minutes and issuing
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Collating expenses
- Sickness reporting
Technical Competencies:
- Must have a good understanding of windows, excel and Microsoft office packages including Word, excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of SharePoint
