    MoreYoga is looking for a cleaner for our newly opening studio in Wembley.and demonstrate capability to use basic technology such as excel sheets, phone and ipad. (This is to monitor work quickly and efficiently. Training will be provided.)

    A simple yet fulfilling position as a day job or to complement other work you already do. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, interpersonal, planning and prioritising abilities and demonstrate capability to use basic technology such as excel sheets, phone and ipad. (This is to monitor work quickly and efficiently. Training will be provided.)

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. We’re looking for a cleaner who will exceed at keeping our yoga studios clean and tidy so we can create a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and rubbish is removed on schedule. We hope you’re ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us.

    Responsibilities(this is not a comprehensive list)

    • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
    • Wiping and cleaning the yoga mats
    • Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
    • Emptying bins and adhering to correct recycling to support our mission for zero to landfill
    • Refill and support cleaning materials for yoga students
    • Servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
    • Notify management of any repairs required
    • Updating stock lists
    • Follow all health and safety regulations

    Essential skills

    • Ability to handle equipment and machinery used in cleaning (essential)
    • Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours (essential, however no hard load handling)
    • Able and willing to travel to Wembley (essential, self-funded)
    • Knowledge of eco friendly cleaning, proper storage and disposal methods (desirable)
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on an individual basis (essential)
    • Excellent organisational skills (desirable)
    • Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision (essential)

    Employment benefits

    • 4 hours a week contract, £10 per hour
    • Proposed working days are: Mon-Tue-Thurs-Sat
