Job Description

  • As Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead two Retail Customer Service Assistants in providing a truly remarkable experience to all e-commerce and wholesale customers.
  • Answering over one thousand general enquiries a month, as well as telephone sales and returns, you’ll set the standard for customer service and ensure queries are dealt with quickly and professionally.
  • As well as your public-facing role, you will analyse retail information to ensure policies and procedures are up to date.
  • In a busy environment, you’ll motivate the team and maintain professionalism, always aiming for the highest standards.

About you

  • Your communication skills are the key to success in this role and you’ll be comfortable delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional manner, even when under pressure.
  • With previous admin experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment, you are well organised, with a good eye for detail and the ability to work accurately with figures to provide useful analysis of retail data.
  • You have good IT skills, able to assist customers with technical queries relating to online orders.
  • You’re also pro-active and flexible in your approach to work, remaining calm and confident in a fast-paced environment, making you an asset to the team.
  • And, above all, you’re an outstanding team player who can lead a team to create the kind of customer experience that leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday to Friday
