Sales Assistant / Asistente de Ventas

Location: South London

Contract type: 32 hours per week

Salary: £10.64 per hour, OTE 1st Year £18,445.50

Job Description

  • You’ll know how to encourage love and appreciation for their products, by knowing each one of them and what makes them special. You’ll also be able to display and present each item in a way that lights up a customer’s eyes, as they pass our windows and once they’re in store too.
  • When listening to customers, you’ll understand their needs and how much they’d like to spend on something really special, so you can help them find the perfect item for their occasion.
  • They are realistic about people’s goals. That’s why their sales targets are always based on the last year’s achievements. They let you know how well you’re doing so you can grow your skills and help grow the business—and so that they can reward you properly when you do even better.

  • As a Sales Consultant you’ll have a passion for the customer experience and a down-to-earth approach. You’ll also love working with colleagues who share the same values and commitment to amazing service as you.
